Solagron and Department of Food Technology – School of Biotechnology
On the morning of March 2, 2023, Department of Food Technology – School of Biotechnology, and Solagron Vietnam had a general discussion about cooperation opportunities in many aspects, especially in the development of new food products related to algae in the future.
Representatives of the company and MBA students from the University of Michigan (USA) visited the Department’s laboratory, participated in sensory testing, and sampled innovative food products developed by IUFT students.
With the spirit of cooperation and sharing of experience, the company and IUFT students also had a discussion on the production process of IUFT’s products.
