Seminar: 360 Naturally Leavened Sourdough

Last Saturday morning (September 24, 2022), the seminar “360o Naturally Leavened Sourdough” took place and received a lot of support from students, especially IUFT students.

At the sharing session, Ms. Cam Ha – R&D Manager of the bakery segment at Puratos Grand-Place Vietnam Company, introduced to everyone about sourdough yeast, its properties, and valuable experiences to grow into this natural yeast. Besides, she also provides some recipes for people to make a variety of delicious breads and pastries from sourdough yeast. , everyone also enjoyed delicious slices of sourdough bread prepared by Puratos.

In addition, at the seminar, there were presentations by Ms. Huynh Bao Chau – Director of Marketing Department, Mr. Tong Huu Dang – Director of Human Resources Department, Ms. Huynh Thi Hoang Quy – Human Resources Development and Training Specialist and Ms. especially Mr. Tran Quang Vinh – a talented alumnus of IUFT currently working at the company.

From the informative sharing and answering questions of experts, the students learned more about Puratos Grand-Place Vietnam company, job opportunities after graduation and working environment at the Company. Not only that,  also learn a lot of learning secrets and ways to impress employers from Mr. Vinh.
