ISEP is a leading student exchange system in the world with over 350 member universities for students to choose from. IU–VNU is one of two members of ISEP in Vietnam, which means IU students may enjoy the privilege of going on an exchange program at any of ISEP member institutions. Read more here

• Applicants for ISEP are required to:
• Meet IU Student Exchange & Study Abroad Programs eligibility requirements for participating in exchange programs (refer to cim.hcmiu.edu.vn/introduction).
• Have the approval from IU-VNU to join ISEP in a specific semester.
• Have a certificate of English proficiency (read more here)

    𝐀 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬:

  • CV/Resume in English.
  • 2 Transcripts of record (scale 4 and scale 100): Please request yours at the Office of Academic Affairs (Room O2.710).
  • 2 Letters of Recommendation.
  • 1 Letter of Motivation (max 500 English words).
  • A Valid Certificate of English proficiency.
  • A Scanned copy of the Passport’s information page (valid at least 12 months).

• 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐: After being nominated by IU-VNU, applicants create an account and complete the online application on ISEP Portal. CIM will send the detailed instructions to eligible students.
• 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑: Pay application fees on ISEP Portal.
• 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟒: Wait for admission results from ISEP. CIM will contact admitted students for further instructions.
